About Erik

Erik Godinez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Sacramento, where he graduated with honors. He began his career in ABA in 2018, working directly with individuals as a Behavior Therapist, and has since advanced into leadership roles, mentoring staff and overseeing clinical programs as a Clinical Supervisor.

Erik has presented at the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) conference and published research in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis (JABA), contributing to the scientific foundation of the field. His work is grounded in a passion for evidence-based, compassionate care that helps individuals reach their fullest potential. Believing that lasting change occurs when caregivers are active participants, Erik partners with families to provide practical, lifelong skills. As the saying goes, "give a person a fish feeds them for a day, but teaching them to fish feeds them for a lifetime" an approach he brings to his clinical work, grounded in the science of ABA and the transformative power of teaching others.
